i almost didn't go in here, it was after seven already, some of the reviews made it seem like i might not be the most welcome but that was not my experience. the lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. she helped me order the burrito i wanted the way i wanted it. was patient while waiting for me to figure out if there was anything else i wanted. after i ordered she came out and showed me the salsa bar and told me about the different ones. i got around half way through my chile relleno chimichanga when i thought i better stop before i explode. it was so delicious i ended up finishing the whole thing (i didn't explode). i probably shouldn't have had the veggie taco first, except it was also very good a i am glad i tried it. and i thought there is no way i can eat the churros but they were so good i couldn't stop myself. i got so much good food i could barely finish it and i didn't spend any more than i would have at taco bell.
Best chilaquiles in the area! This spot is a favorite for breakfast on the weekends when we are in the area. The food is always delish and the service is great too!

This is our favourite place to come for Breakfast Burritos. They are perfect every time! We live abroad in the UK, and come back to visit my family every Xmas. We come here every other day and the quality is second to none. We've tried several places in the valley, and none of them are as good. We visit my friends in San Diego and still prefer the burritos in Ricardo's! We do want to come for dinner at some point and try the Birria.
Hands down the best food around Midwestern University! The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The Mar y Tierra burrito is to die for. The servers are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great Mexican food near campus!
Food is amazing, very very good. We live in Mohave Valley and drive down to Phoenix for our children's doctor visits, stopped by here for lunch because I seen it had great reviews and the reviews were correct. We will be back to eat again. Excellent tostada's Ricardo's!! Loved them
Street tacos were great. I had el pastor & pollo asada. Service was great. Awesome happy hour prices. Will definitely be heading back tobtry more delicious food!!
We LOVE this place!! The staff is so friendly and the food is so well priced. The portions are literally huge for the price and everything is super fresh. They have a salsa bar which is great. I love spicy food so I’m obsessed with their extra hot green salsa. The other salsas are flavorful and fresh too and I love that they have pickled vegetables too! When I first moved to Glendale I felt like there weren’t a lot of good Mexican restaurants in this area so I was pleasantly surprised when we wandered into Ricardo’s. I also was so impressed by how CLEAN the restaurant is. The floors and tables are always immaculate and the vibe is so nice. I’ve never had anything but a pleasant experience. Oh! The horchata is SO good I have to get it every time.
